What is Pop In?
Sometimes, all it takes is someone popping in. Whether it's a chat over a cup of tea, a trip to the shops, or company while a loved one is away, Pop In is here. No one should have to feel alone, and a little companionship can make all the difference.
Pop In is a companionship service, not a care service. We don't provide medical, nursing, or personal care. We're simply here for company, conversation, and helping you get out and about. All of our team members are DBS-checked and fully insured, just like our cleaning staff.
How We Can Help
From a friendly visit at home to a day out by the sea, Pop In is here to keep you company.
Home Visits. A friendly face at your door for a cuppa, a chat, a light lunch, or simply some company in the comfort of your own home.
Appointments. We'll take you to medical appointments, the hairdresser, or anywhere you need to be, and can stay with you throughout.
Lunch Outings. Enjoy a meal out with good company. We'll pick you up, share a bite, and bring you safely home.
Day Outings. A trip to the garden centre, the seafront, or wherever you fancy. Fresh air and friendly company.
Keeping Company. Need to pop out while a loved one is at home? We'll keep them company until you're back.
Shopping Trips. Whether it's the weekly shop or browsing the high street, we'll come along and lend a hand.

We cover most parts of East Sussex including Eastbourne, Polegate, Hailsham, Hellingly, Pevensey, and everywhere in-between.
