A day out can do the world of good. Whether it's a wander along Eastbourne seafront, a browse around the garden centre, a look at the boats, or tea and cake somewhere lovely, we'll come along for the ride, door to door, at your pace, with plenty of good conversation.
Pop In is a companionship service, not a care service. We don't provide medical, nursing, or personal care. We're simply here for company, conversation, and helping you get out and about. All of our team members are DBS-checked and fully insured, just like our cleaning staff.

How Day Outings Work
Your day, your way. We just bring the company:
Prefer to build the outing around a nice meal? Our lunch outings do exactly that.
- Anywhere you fancy, the seafront, garden centres, parks, or a scenic drive
- Door-to-door from your home and safely back again
- Everything at your pace, with rests whenever you like
- A steadying arm on hand, walking frames and wheelchairs welcome
- Stops for tea, cake, or an ice cream along the way
- An hour or two, or a proper day of it, up to you

Where can we go on a day outing?
Wherever you fancy, the seafront, a garden centre, a park, a favourite view, or just a scenic drive with a stop for tea. We plan it together around what you'd enjoy.
How long does an outing last?
As long as you like. Some people enjoy an hour or two of fresh air; others prefer to make a day of it. There's no clock-watching either way.
