Appointments are so much easier with company, especially when getting there is half the battle. We'll pick you up, take you to the GP, the dentist, the hairdresser, or wherever you need to be, stay with you throughout if you'd like, and see you safely home again. We accompany people across Eastbourne, Polegate, and the surrounding towns.
Pop In is a companionship service, not a care service. We don't provide medical, nursing, or personal care. We're simply here for company, conversation, and helping you get out and about. All of our team members are DBS-checked and fully insured, just like our cleaning staff.

How Appointment Visits Work
It's your appointment. We just make the day easier:
Need a hand with the shopping while you're out and about? Our shopping trips work just the same way.
- Door-to-door: picked up from home and brought safely back
- GP, dental, hospital, optician, hairdresser, anywhere you need to be
- We'll wait with you and stay through the appointment if you'd like
- A second pair of ears if you want help remembering what was said
- No rushing, we build in time for a cuppa afterwards
- Regular bookings or one-offs, whatever suits
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you stay with me during the appointment?
If you'd like us to, absolutely, in the waiting room or right there with you. Some people prefer us to wait outside, and that's fine too. It's entirely your choice.
What kinds of appointments can you help with?
Anything from GP, hospital, and dental visits to the optician, the hairdresser, or the vet with a beloved pet. If you need to be somewhere, we'll get you there and keep you company.
