Sometimes the day just feels better when someone pops in. Our home visits are exactly that: a regular, reliable visitor who comes round for a chat over a cup of tea, a game of cards, or simply to keep you company for an hour or two. We visit people across Eastbourne, Hailsham, and everywhere in-between.
Pop In is a companionship service, not a care service. We don't provide medical, nursing, or personal care. We're simply here for company, conversation, and helping you get out and about. All of our team members are DBS-checked and fully insured, just like our cleaning staff.

What to Expect from a Visit
Every visit is shaped around you, but here's the sort of thing a Pop In home visit can include:
Visits are as regular or as occasional as you like, and we match you with the same visitor each time, someone you get to know properly. If you fancy getting out and about instead, have a look at our day outings and lunch outings.
- A proper chat over a cup of tea or coffee
- Board games, cards, crosswords, or a jigsaw
- Sharing a light lunch or a slice of cake together
- A gentle stroll around the garden or the block
- Help writing letters, cards, or using a phone or tablet
- Simply some company while you go about your day

As often as you like, a weekly visit, a couple of times a week, or just now and then. We'll work out a routine that suits you, with the same friendly face each visit.
