Mop N Pop - Cleaning is run by me, Tricia. I started this business because I’ve always had a love for cleaning, but more importantly, I love helping people—whether that’s supporting those who aren’t as mentally or physically able to keep on top of things or making offices and commercial spaces shine so businesses can put their best foot forward.

I chose the name Mop N Pop because I wanted something fun and memorable—something that stands out from the crowd. But while the name might be lighthearted, we take cleaning seriously. We’re committed to delivering a reliable, judgment-free service, whether it’s a deep clean, a mental health support clean, or regular upkeep for homes and businesses.

No matter the job, we bring experience, care, and a genuine passion for what we do.

Pop In Companionship

As well as cleaning, we noticed that many of the people we visit, especially older clients, just needed someone to talk to. That's why we started Pop In, our companionship service. It's built on the same values as Mop N Pop: reliability, kindness, and genuine care.
